Clean hotel with pleasant staff. Huge rooms with extremely comfy beds. Convenient amenities like central heating, flat-screen cable TV, and a microwave. Clean bathroom. Nice pool and convenient location near food places. Always a pleasant stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed Lincoln, the hotel was beautifully kept and pretty standard to food places. I've booked queen room with a queen bed and everything was great. A microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge were available in the kitchen. The location offered was favourable short walk to stores and many restaurants and shopping areas and downtown Lincoln.

The last who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. It's was when you are amazed to find that good of service but she was great.

Nice hotel but very overpriced.

The services were helpful, offering good free Wi-Fi. Loved the above average and good breakfast. the staff seemed amazingly nice. the location was favorable, within walking distance of life-size wax figures.

It was in the area of town we wanted and chose, although for some, it wouldn't have been ideal because it was on the fringe of town.

The room was small, and given that and other factors, it was pricy. Granted, it was a football Saturday and for that reason, high season for motel rates citywide.

We have stayed here many times in the past and enjoyed our stay, but this stay was not good at all. The facility was dirty and our blankets were ripped. They were under construciton (which we did not realize when we made the reservation) and the dust was so bad that my allergies made it impossible to breathe. The air conditioner did not work and the noise in the ceiling and wall was so bade that we could not sleep. Overall, it was a terrible experience and we will never stay there again.

Great location near Rosie's for events. Jai provided exceptional service at check-in, addressing concerns and suggesting nearby running paths.

Convenient location next to Rosie's. Staff member Jai was accommodating and honest. Comfortable bed/pillows and quiet room. Linda at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Good working amenities like TV, hairdryer, and fridge.

Easy to find, and a quiet night's stay.

When we arrived, they did not have my reservation that I had booked on line. The gentleman did give us a room that was available, however, I am waiting to see if I was charged twice, once through Booked.net and the other through the hotel itself. They could not a confirmed an answer to my question.
